Sopot Winery

Sopot Winery is a comparatively new Bulgarian winery that opened n 2013 in the town of Sopot – 130 km east of Sofia. 

The winery has 12 ha of first class vineyards from Cabernet Sauvignon, and is equipped with the latest machinery and technology for wine vinification. The vineyards were planted in 1999. The total capacity of the winery is 90 tons of wine or 120,000 bottles of wine.

In 2006 Telish started the construction of Castra Rubra Winery which is a real architectural jewel equipped with the latest technologies and equipment meeting our standards for quality and minimal external influence upon grapes and wine.

Telish Winery

Telish winery is built in the late 1960 but its new history started in 1999 when Jair Agopian obtained the winery from the state and set a new course for it. The winery started to produce a value for its money wine and ever since is a leader in introducing innovations to the customers. Such new product is the bag-in-box which the winery presented for the first time in Bulgaria in 2002. The winery has earned respect from its customers because of the “honest” wines it is producing and the constancy in its efforts to satisfy the customers’ expectations.

Starata Izba Parvenets

The foundations of “Starata izba - Parvenetz” (The Old Cellar-Parvenetz) were laid in the year 1881 by Dimitar Bozhilov. Situated at the foot of the Rhodope Mountains, the cellar is a unique natural and architectural complex, which has kept some cultural and historical values.

Villa Terres is a wine and spa tourism complex. The complex is located in the southern part of the village Karabunar, 8 km from the motorway exit "Trakia" on the way to Velingrad. The area is famous for its rich cultural and historical heritage. Karabunar is a village associated with the Thracian - Roman era. Through the village, there was an old Roman road called central or diagonal that came from Belgrade and embarked towards Constantinople. Villa Terres Spa is an inseparable part of the complex, specially created for recreation and relaxation.

Villa Terres

Winery Villa Terres was built and put into operation in 2013. The capacity of the winery is 100 tons of grapes processed in strict compliance with internationally recognized techniques and practices for wine production and use of high enological products. Grapes are grown and observed until the right moment to harvest . During the annual campaign each cluster is selected and processed manually, then the liquid enters the appropriate court for fermentation. A team of proven professionals handles the wine production process through all stages of fermentation and aging.

Neragora

The Azzolini family decided to bring in some of Italy’s top specialists – oenologists  and agronomists of international renown in the field of organic agriculture. The goal was clear – to make wines of excellence in Chernogorovo.

Santa Sarah

Santa Sarah estate owns 40 hectare of land in the village of Goritza near Pomorie and Nesebar in the Southern part of the Black Sea. A new vineyard with a small and beautifully modern winery will be established there.

80% of Santa Sarah’s wine production is sold in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Finland, Belgium and Holland. Most of the 300 000 bottles annual production are the well-established Zar Simeon and Zar Simeon BIN 40 brands, produced each year exclusively for the German market.
