Grape Central is a wine bar and restaurant in the city center of Sofia.

The location used to be an old bakery, which had been closed for years, and they found dilapidated and ruined. They tried to keep its spirit and warmth and make it a pleasant place for meetings, wine events, lazy brunches, private parties, or just a place to enjoy wine.

The wine list contains more than 300 wines and every month they offer over ten different wines by the glass.

Grape Central regularly organizes wine tastings and meet & greet dinners.

Domaine Boyar was the first private wine company founded after the fall of the communist regime in Bulgaria. The goal is by using traditional winemaking techniques to manifest the uniqueness of the vineyard, its terroir and to make wines, which carry the elegancy and refinement of “ The Old World” and to find the pure balance between the fruit, acidity, oak and the tannins. 
In their cellar, the key to the creation of good wine is passion.
