Guest House "Tragata" opened in December 2014 in the picturesque area called Tragata between Sopot and Karlovo. The guest house has five luxury double rooms, three of which are bedrooms and two with twin beds, and two apartments. All rooms are equipped with all the necessary things. The apartments consist of bedroom and living room with a small kitchen equipped with all the necessary electric appliances and utensils, and two extra beds.

Villa Terres is a wine and spa tourism complex. The complex is located in the southern part of the village Karabunar, 8 km from the motorway exit "Trakia" on the way to Velingrad. The area is famous for its rich cultural and historical heritage. Karabunar is a village associated with the Thracian - Roman era. Through the village, there was an old Roman road called central or diagonal that came from Belgrade and embarked towards Constantinople. Villa Terres Hotel is an inseparable part of the complex, which offers traditional and international cuisine and cosy atmosphere.

Midalidare Hotel & SPA is situated in the center of Mogilovo village between the two Wine Cellars of Midalidare Estate. The building dates back to 1886 and has a long history. The boutique hotel Soli Invicto (The Unconquerable Sun) soars above the Edoardo Miroglio wine cellar with its 10 elegantly-furnished rooms, tasting room, restaurant, lobby bar and outdoor swimming pool. Hotel Soli Invicto offers 7 studios and 3 suites which are individually furnished with antique and contemporary furniture. Bearing the names of various Bulgarian grape varieties rooms carry their occupants in different parts of the world.

Wine & SPA hotel TODOROFF is a four-star boutique hotel located in the village of Brestovitsa, at a distance of 150 km from Sofia and at only 15 km from the cultural capital of Bulgaria - Plovdiv. The hotel is situated in the shato of the TODOROFF Wine Cellar, and it offers a unique SPA menu, based entirely on natural products, from the wine producing process. The hotel offers an exquisite restaurant, 60 seats indoors, a terrace with additional 40 seats, and a barbecue garden for 30 guests.

The new hotel complex Kalina Malina is a part of the winery guesthouse Starosel. This boutique hotel is built and furnished with eco materials. The traditional Bulgarian handmade draperies, carpets create comfort and warmth, enhanced by the fireplace flames in luxury rooms.
