It was an affable pleasure to be a part of good wine and good food at the annual Wine & Gourmet Parade 2016!
Since 2015, Wine & Gourmet Parade proved itself as one of the most visited and significant events for wine tourism in Bulgaria. It was a real wine festival, combining long history, rich culture, good wine and tasty gourmet and all these in one event! More than 5 000 guests from Plovdiv and worldwide visited the Parade.
This year on the 14th -15th of May in Plovdiv over 16 wine cellars from whole Bulgaria presented their wines paired with creative and delicious snacks and bites from 11 restaurants in the Old Town.
Bulgarian Winemakers & Chefs
The winemakers offered their specially selected wines for the spring season and chefs create their tastiest food, which so nicely paired with wine. It was a unique opportunity to meet and network with owners and professionals from the wine and gourmet food industry as well as participate in various seminars, tastings, workshops, panel discussions and visit exhibitions.
The primary goal of the Wine & Gourmet Parade is to develop and expand the wine tourism in Bulgaria.
"Bulgarian Wine" enjoyed this Wine & Gourmet weekend. It was a lot of wine, a lot of food with a lot of fun!
